3. RATES, TAXES & APPLICABLE FEES
Rental rates do not include applicable taxes, service fees or other required governmental assessments unless specifically stated.
Reservations may be subject to applicable lodging, service, Resort Pass, pet, housekeeping and other fees disclosed at the time of booking. Optional services requested after booking are subject to the applicable charge communicated when the service is requested.
Applicable reservation charges will be reflected in the reservation folio.
Additional charges may be assessed for damage, excessive cleaning, unauthorized occupants or pets, unauthorized late checkout, missing or damaged property, rule violations, fines or assessments attributable to the stay, or other costs caused by the Renter or persons associated with the reservation.
